**Returns Policy for Keep Going Clothing**

Here at Keep Going Clothing, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products. However, if you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we are here to help. Please read our returns policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • As we are a Print to Demand company, returns are only accepted for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
  • All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@keepgoingclothing.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.
  • We may request photos of the faulty or damaged item for verification purposes.

3. Return Shipping

  • If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 2-3 days. 

5. Exclusions

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
